 About the Program

The Future Leaders Program (FLP) is an international learning initiative co-organized by The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and the ECLAT Foundation. This four-week program (one week online + three weeks in-person in the U.S.) is designed to foster global awareness, critical thinking, and leadership skills through interactions with peers worldwide, company visits, and cultural immersion.

Program Schedule (1 Week Online + 3 In Person)

Online Sessions: June 28 – July 3 (via Microsoft Teams)

In-Person Experience: July 6 – July 26 (Dallas, Texas, USA)

 Who Should Apply?

Eligibility: Open to all university undergrad students

Academic Background: Open to students from all fields, particularly those interested in international business, social impact, and cross-cultural exchange

Language Requirements: No TOEFL/IELTS score required, but as the program is conducted in English, a good command of English communication is recommended

 Program Highlights

Global Business Trends & Social Impact – Gain insights into global markets and social impact initiatives

Corporate Visits & Cultural Exchange – Previous visits include Toyota North America HQ, Texas Instruments, and Fossil, providing firsthand exposure to multinational operations

Leadership & Global Competency Development – Strengthen cross-cultural collaboration skills and enhance competitiveness in the global job market

Program Costs:

  • Tuition Fee: $4000
    • (Inclusive of Accommodation & Insurance, Visa costs will be reimbursed to participants. Please note that round-trip airfare and personal expenses are not included)

 Scholarship Opportunities

  • The ECLAT Foundation offers scholarships to outstanding students. Applicants can indicate their interest in the application form.
  • During the application, students will be required to submit additional scholarship materials for evaluation.
